My wife and I met with Leslie after being connected through Veterans United. We were first time home buyers with very little knowledge of the process besides the basics. As soon as Leslie stepped in, we knew we had someone we could trust. The way she was able to break down every little detail and make sure that we were up to date on anything needed was amazing. Very professional overall but also relatable - we were worried that we would pair up with a REALTOR and it would be all about commission. That was not the case at all - she made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish and even stayed on the phone with my wife and I multiple times on some late night calls to help break down the next steps. I would 100% recommend Leslie to ANY home buyer in the area - the experience was so incredibly smooth that within 1 month, we had made an offer, negotiated a great deal, completed repairs and before I knew it we were in our new forever home that we love. Leslie is an excellent communicator, I was always informed about any timeline or deadline, as well as options or important points to consider. Leslie is always prompt to answer a phone call, return a text and any other messages.

Leslie is an amazing dedicated professional. She is very personable very quickly responsive and an excellent person to have during all the stress that happens during the processes. She not only helps you be at ease but works super hard to make sure to take care of any obstacles and stressors that come at you. She's very good at heading off potential issues and coordinating with everyone. I would say you want her by your side, but she'll stand in front to take the brunt or head things off.

I found working with Leslie completely satisfactory. She was honest, knowledgeable and dedicated. It took me a while to get my house ready to sell but once I did and once I signed the listing papers it sold--fast. Leslie is a dedicated, dependable professional whose loyalty was unquestionably in our behalf. We were moving to Albany after having spent several years on the Oregon coast. Leslie really understood what type of home we were searching for. Once we made our decision, she helped guide us through the paper"trail" with ease. We had a possible delay with closing due to our mortgage lender. Leslie worked very hard to make sure the title company received the proper paperwork on time so we were able to close on the desired date. Leslie kept on top of the issues we had that were to be completed after closing (a fence around the property). She followed up with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a home. She does her homework. She was always available on "our" schedule, not hers. Leslie is a definite 5Star agent.
